We help clients prepare for, respond to and find advantage through crisis and sustained pressure.
Our clients trust us with their most sensitive corporate resilience challenges, and value our discretion and operational grounding.
Our focus is the organisations most exposed and least served: SMEs operating within NATO’s Seven Baseline Requirements, from defence and energy suppliers to technology, transport, agriculture and health, and the dual-use companies that have taken on defence-related work.
Few have the scale of the largest critical infrastructure operators, yet many now draw the same attention from state and non-state actors, often without the budget or awareness to know it.
Most already have strong operational cultures. What they lack is a practical route from state and NATO doctrine to board-level action.
McKinsey’s research is clear: organisations that build genuine resilience outperform their peers through crisis and disruption. We also support UK organisations navigating the deepening UK-Norway defence and security relationship.
Who We Help
Chiltern Court Resilience is led by practitioners with extensive experience in global crisis and security across some of the world’s most demanding conflict-affected environments.
Our backgrounds span negotiation with armed groups, civil-military coordination, conflict and threat analysis, and information collection at the field level; advising governments, international organisations and commercial operators on continuity and resilience under sustained pressure.
Our team holds UK and NATO security clearances. Our Founder is British, with close personal and professional ties to Norway.
Such grounding is rare among firms advising on resilience and it shapes how we work: our concern is keeping our clients thriving when conditions turn against them.
